A 17 year-old Pickering boy, shot by Police now faces several charges.
The teen has been charged with robbery using an imitation gun, disguise with intent and for having a dangerous weapon.
He remains in hospital but did have a bail hearing Wednesday, and was remanded back into Police custody.
The SIU is investigating Monday's incident.
