It's a message to anyone who thinks cracking the window is enough.
Council has voted in favour of a motion to put up signs in retail parking lots that would read: "WARNING: HEAT KILLS CHILDREN AND PETS"
This comes as the summer has so far been sulleyed by a number of cases of pets having to be rescued from scorching cars.
