Peel Police have the intersection of Steeles and Mavis closed after a car went into a ditch and caught fire just before 3am.
Emergency services says the four passengers were taken to Credit Valley hospital with serious but non life threatening injuries.
Police are now investigating whether alcohol may have been a factor.
