An elderly woman has been pulled from a burning home in North York.
She was rushed to hospital in life-threatening condition.
Captain Mike Strapko says the woman had some mobility issues and suffered smoke inhalation.
The flames broke out inside the house at 164 Yorkview Drive, near Bathurst and Finch just before 9:30 Wednesday morning.
Crews are still working to douse the hot spots.
