A 51 year old man is in custody in connection with a fatal stabbing in Malton.
Police were called out a house in the Derry and Airport Road area early Tueday morning.
A 63 year old man was found suffering from stab wounds and was later pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspect turned himself into police.
Gaeton Cote of Beeton Ontario has been charged with Second Degree Murder and will appear in a Brampton court on June 26th.
