The 23 year old man charged with a deadly shooting inside the Eaton Centre faces new charges now that a second victim succumbed to his injuries in hospital this week.
Christopher Husbands now faces two counts of first-degree murder and five counts of attempted murder.
Husbands is now also being charged with a new count of criminal negligence causing bodily harm after a pregnant woman was injured during the mad rush to leave the mall after the shooting.
Husbands will appear in court Wednesday afternoon.
