The vote on funding for Riverdale farm wasnt the only topic on the Executive Committee's agenda on Tuesday.
The committee says sports fees for children's sports groups should be implemented in 2013. The use of a sports field would range from $5-$6 per hour. That price is down from $5-$10 per hour, after heavy protest from community groups.
The committee is also recommending the "No Fishing" signs, put up last week around Toronto's harbourfront, be taken down.
