The court-ordered publication ban has been lifted on the name of the second victim of the Eaton's Centre shooting.
22-year-old Nixon Nirmalendran, was taken off of life support yesterday after he was shot multiple times in the June 2nd incident.
Christopher Husbands, 23, already faces a first-degree murder charge for the death of Ahmed Hassan.
Police have not formally charged Husbands for Nirmalendran's death.
