The tragic Eaton Centre shooting is now a double fatal.
A 22-year-old man has died in hospital, after spending over a week in critical condition.
The man, who cannot be identified because of a publication ban, was shot several times in the neck and chest during the incident.
Police believe the victim may have had gang connections to the shooting suspect.
An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
