A truck driver has won his appeal in an Ontario court that challenged a law requiring trucks to be equipped with speed limiters that limit speed to 105 km/h.
A justice of the peace ruled that the law impairs the safety of truck drivers by not letting them have full control of their vehicles.
The province is reviewing the decision and has 30 days to appeal.
