Luka Magnotta has been arrested in Berlin.
Magnotta was arrested at about 2 p.m. German time Monday and is being taken to a local jail.
Magnotta is wanted in Montreal in the slaying of Chinese exchange student Jun Lin.
Lin's torso was found in suitcase in a Montreal alley last week, and other body parts, including a hand and foot, were mailed to the Conservative and Liberal party in Ottawa.
