The highway 427 ramp to 401 has re-opened as well as the Hwy.404 ramp to eastbound Hwy.401.
The ramp from the sb 404 to the eb 401 was shut down until 8 a.m. after a big rig flipped over.
Careless driving charges could be laid against the driver in the case.
Meanwhile, the ramps from the 427 to the westbound 401, where another tractor trailer rolled were still closed as of 10:30 a.m.
Speed may have played a role in both crashes.
No one was injured.
