All lanes of Highway 401 east of Brock Road at Church Street have been reopened after a tractor trailer slammed into the Church Street overpass in Pickering.
The driver managed to escape from the truck with minor injuries before it burst into flames.
The 401 eastbound was closed for almost 9 hours.
Police are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
