Double-lung transplant recipient Helene Campbell is set to hold news conference today in Toronto to discuss her recovery.
The 21-year old was diagnosed with lung disease last October and launched a Twitter campaign. That attracted the attention of celebrities Justin Beiber and Ellen Degeneres.
As a result, Prime Minister Harper awarded Campbell wiht the Queen's Jubilee medal yesterday for her campaign to raise awareness for organ donation.
