The parents of a Toronto teen who was struck and killed by a bus two years ago is suing the TTC and Toronto Police for $2 million.
17-year-old Alex Gillespie hit by a bus after a party at Woodine Beach.
His family is blaming the TTC for speeding and claim that Toronto Police did not provide a safe exit plan for the thousands of party-goers that night.
Spokesman for the Toronto Police Service, Mark Pugash says they were served with the lawsuit on Tuesday and these are all issues that will be dealt with in court, not in a news conference.
