It's all about location, location, location.
The Scotiabank Tower has officially been sold. The landmark skyscraper went for 1.27 Billion to Dundee REIT and H&R Real Estate.
Despite the sale, Scotiabank isn't moving headquarters. The bank has been there since the tower first opened in 1988.
