At one time, it seemed like a good idea.
Now, it's a painful task.
Mayor Rob Ford has once again cancelled his weekly weigh-in, as part of the cut the waist campaign.
After skipping out of a number of events, and gaining a few pounds here and there, last week, Ford's office said the weigh-in would occur every other week until the end.
The campaign is set to close out next month, meaning Ford has about two chances left to drop the weight he was hoping for.
