Police have laid a second-degree murder charge against a cabbie in connection with a fatal collision on King Street.
Adib Ibrahim, 43, of Toronto will make his first court appearance on Tuesday.
He's accused of running down a skateboarder Monday night at 6 pm.
The victim has been identified as Ralph Bissonnette, 28, of Toronto
