The Toronto man wanted in the city's 16th murder of the year has turned himself in.
David Ludwig, 33, was under a Canada-wide arrest warrant until his surrender Saturday afternoon. Ludwig is now charged with 1st degree murder in the shooting death of 32 year old James Massey.
Massey was found dead in a park near Yonge and Davisville earlier this week.
According to investigators, the two did know each other, however they cannot comment on the circumstances.
