Drivers are being warned to expect delays on Sunday, as the Sporting Life 10K takes over city streets.
The race is set to begin at 8am, however closure will be in place starting around 5.
Yonge Street from Eglinton to Richmond will take the brunt of the race, with sections of Richmond, Peter, Front, Bathurst, Fort York and Fleet also set to be closed.
The TTC will divert some buses, while cross streets and streetcars will be able to make their way through.
All lanes are set to reopen by 1:00pm.
