A motion regarding a new era of food trucks in the city, will get a once over from the mayor's executive committee.
The motion, put forward by Adam Vaughan, asked that parking lot operators be able to rent spaces out to the trucks.
A report has been requested from city staff, on ways to make food vending trucks and booths legal, where they would front onto commercial parks and boulevards.
Vaughan says adding the trucks, would support a growing culture that is sweeping across North America.
