One Toronto councillor is doing what he can to make Toronto a little easier to navigate.
Denzil Minnan-Wong wants a study to be done, that would make both Yonge & Bay Streets one way in opposite directions.
The move, according to Minnan-Wong, would improve traffic flow, and allow the addition of transit and cycling lanes.
Councillors opposed to the move, say one way streets will destroy commercial activity.
A study of the downtown core is ongoing, aimed at minimizing the delays due to congestion.
