Mayor Rob Ford is having a hard time "Cutting the Waist".
The mayor weighed in today, tipping the scale at 314 pounds. He's up 4 pounds from his last weigh-in.
His brother, Councillor Doug Ford, is down 28 pounds since the start of the challenge.
