A man from British Columbia who police say was alleged to have had crime connections across Canada and the world has been killed in Mexico.
The RCMP say Tom Gisby was killed in a Starbucks near Puerto Vallarta on Friday night.
Gisby was the head of his own gang which profited by importing illegal guns and drugs into British Columbia.
The RCMP say they were aware that Gisby was in Mexico and that he was a target.
They are now concerned that there could be a retaliation.
