A 20 year old was treated for minor injuries after he was struck by broken glass from a bus shelter.
Sgt. Kay from 23 division says the victim was waiting at a bus Shelter in the Martingrove and Albion Road area at around 10:55pm Monday night.
He was approached by at least one man and a conversation was had between the suspect and the victim.
As a result of the conversation the suspect took out a gun and fired shots in the direction of the victim.
The victim wasn't hit by a bullet but was struck by glass shrapnel from the bus shelter that was shattered by the bullets.
He suffered minor injuries and was treateed in hospital and released.
Police say no arrests have been made and it isn't known if the suspect and victim knew each other.
They say their investigation is continuing.
