A 10k run on Yonge Street will shut down several City streets on Sunday.
Starting at 6am, Yonge will be closed between Lawrence and Erskine Avenue until 11am for the start of the run.
Runners will head South on Yonge towards downtown.
Along the route, drivers can expect closures from 9am until 12:30pm at:
-Yonge between Erskine and Richmond St.
-Richmond St. from Yonge to Peter St.
-Peter St./Blue Jays Way between Richmond and Front
-Westbound Front St. between Blue Jays Way and Bathurst
-Bathurst from Front St. to Lake Shore Blvd
- Fleet St. from Strachan Ave to Fort York Blvd.
Two other streets will be closed between 6am and 2pm:
-Fort York Blvd between Bathurst and Lake Shore
-Strachan Ave from Fleet St. to Lake Shore Blvd
