Five of the City's Seven members on the budget committee say Rob Fords plan to cut the land transfer tax won't happen any time soon.
Budget Chief Mike Del-Grande says getting rid of it isn't a priority for him, as the City tries to balance the books.
A poll this week, shows 60% of residents want the tax eliminated.
