A 17 year-old Mississauga Teen was struck and killed by a Train near the Port Credit Go Station, just after 4 this afternoon.
Peel Police say it appears she was walking with another friend along the Westbound tracks when she was hit.
Her friend managed to get out of the way but according to an initial investigation they didn't hear the train coming.
GO Transit suspended all train service between Port Credit GO & Union station, after the incident
During the delay, GO implemented their TTC protocol, meaning passengers could board any TTC vehicle with their GO ticket, in order to make a connection into Mississauga.
