Despite the calls that Toronto may not be a safe city, one survey shows people can see past a few ruffles.
The Economist Intelligence Unit and a data sharing company put together a list of cities chosen by contestants, in order to find out what the most liveable city in the world would be.
Hong Kong grabbed top spot, while Toronto ranked 8th, and that, should be taken with pride.
No other North American locations were on the list.
Toronto received the highest ratings when it comes to pollutiuon and green spaces, however it failed to score well in the cultural assets category, along with sprawl.
