Two men are in custody after a number of showhomes in Cochrane were heavily vandalized early this morning.
RCMP were called to the TRC Ranch subdivision, which is being developed, at about one o'clock.
The vandals had broken into six show homes and tried to get into ten others, none of which are lived in.
Windows, floors and fixtures were damaged, to the tune of what investigators call "easily" more than 100-thousand dollars.
The two suspects were arrested nearby and charges are now pending.
Tyler James Paron, 19, and Morgan Osvaldo Borsa, 19, face 8 charges each of break-and-enter and mischief over $5,000. Paron was released from custody on a number of conditions and will be in court July 5th, while Borsa remains in custody.
