Calgary Police are warning about a high-risk offender just released from prison into the Calgary area. 49 year old Franklin NOSKEY, has just completed a federal sentence of over 12 years for sexual assault, sexual assault with a weapon and forcible confinement. Noskey will now be monitored by the Calgary Police Service High Risk Offender Program on a two-year recognizance order.
Noskey has a history of offences in Edmonton and Peace River. His previous sexual assault convictions have been committed against teenaged girls and adult women, both known to him and strangers.
He is an Aboriginal, 5’8” and approximately 190 lbs., with a medium build. He has brown eyes and black hair.
