Investigators are now deeming a weekend fire in Chestermere as an arson. Firefighters were called to a home on Willowmere Way early Saturday morning. They say one of the people inside was awoken by the sound of a back window opening. The homeowner then saw a fire outside, which they were able to douse quickly. Damage was minimal and no one inside the home was hurt.
