Okotoks RCMP have charged a man with first degree murder in relation to the death of a woman on April 17th.
She died after being found in a home along with a badly injured man.
Twenty eight year old Carlos Bisana Peleaz will appear in court on Tuesday morning.
Police say the arrest was made thanks to tips from the public, especially those in the Filipino community.
The victim has been identified as 27 year old Teresa Reyes Enrique, of the Phillipines.
