Another black eye for the TTC.
A driver on the 510 Spadina streetcar has been caught on camera reading the newspaper while operating the vehicle.
Spoeksman Brad Ross confrims the incident happened Wednesday morning and he says the driver will be disciplined.
Just last week, a photo popped up of a driver texting while operating a subway.
