Edmonton residents are getting a sneak peek into what a downtown arena could look like.
The city of Edmonton has released preliminary design work for the structure. It has a futuristic-looking shape to it with a pedway stretching over 104th Avenue. Lots of glass will let daylight in, and give an impressive view over the Avenue as well. The images will provide a foundation for public consultation, which will begin after they are presented to council on May 16th.
