Premier Alison Redford talked about the importance of the agriculture industry at a campaign stop in central Alberta today. The Tory leader says she is proud that the PC's introduced the Alberta Livestock Management Agency, which she says is needed to ensure a sustainable and competitive industry.
Wildrose Leader Danielle Smith is trying to get her campaign back on track after two days of controversy. Smith says mistakes happen and it's time to move on.
Liberal Leader Raj Sherman caused a stir with a tweet that sharply criticised the Wildrose and the Tories. Sherman also announced a plan that would develop new schools and redevelop old ones to house not only classrooms, but also community services, medical centres and libraries.
