The daughter of a former Alberta man on death row in the U.S. says she's shocked and disappointed about a leaked document from the Montana Parole Board. The report says Ronald Smith should not be granted clemency....that's before his clemency hearing has even begun. Smith's daughter says her dad has changed and is very remorseful, since he murdered two men in 1982.
