The city's Public Health Department now says there are four confirmed human cases locally as it continues to monitor for the mosquito-borne disease.
There are 33 confirmed or suspected human cases across the province.
So far this season, 20 mosquito pools in the city have tested positive for the virus out of a possible 30.
Residents are encouraged to do what they can to avoid being bitten.
