30 year old man is facing second degree murder charges after a fire this weekend at a 7-11.
Mississauga native Sami Karnaz will face the charges in a Hamilton court tomorrow.
On Saturday the store on Main Street East went up in flames with 21 year old Samir Anbari still inside.
Anbari was inside doing renovations on the building.
Police believe the business was being targeted and they are still looking for more parties involved.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
