A teenager escaped injury thanks to Hamilton police.
Officers were called to Concession Street near Upper Wentworth Tuesday afternoon after motorists reported seeing a man run in and out of traffic.
Police say he was found hanging from a tree on the edge of the escarpment before being pulled to safety by an officer.
The 18-year-old Hamilton man was taken to hospital for assessment.
