OPP have located the truck that was involved in Tuesday's fatal crash on the QEW in Beamsville.
But the driver has not been found.
Police say the tractor trailer rear-ended a van in the Toronto bound lanes early Tuesday morning, forcing the van to roll into the ditch.
The crash killed an 11-year-old boy and sent 8 other people to hospital.
The truck was found at a repair shop in Brampton.
