Hamilton police have made an arrest in the death of a toddler in Central Hamilton last Friday.
This follows an emergency call to an apartment on King Street East near Victoria Avenue North Friday evening for a baby who was not breathing.
Police now say 2-year-old Noah Keizer was found unresponsive and was transported to Hamilton General Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
An autopsy determined the death was not accidental and Noah was the victim of homicide.
Police have charged 25-year-old Greg Dalley with second degree murder.
He's been described as Noah's caregiver at the time of his death.
Dallley will appear at the John Sopinka Court House this morning.
