One person is dead after a serious crash in Binbrook.
It happened just before 9 o'clock this morning at Regional Road 56 and Haldibrook Road.
Police say a water truck and a car collided.
One of the two people in the car was pronounced dead at the scene while the other has been taken to Hamilton General.
The police collision reconstruction unit is probing the crash.
