No injuries are reported in a fire in a residential area of Burlington.
Emergency crews were called to a home on Haldiman Crescent just after 3:30 Saturday afternoon.
They found a fire that apparently had started in a rear wooden deck and then spread to a fence and to the vinyl siding on the home.
An adjacent home also sustained damage to the plastic siding.
The suspected cause was disgarded smoking materials in a flower pot containing peat moss.
There was no one home at the time.
Damage is estimated at $12,000.
