The two people arrested in connection with Monday's shooting in central Hamilton have been remanded in custody til June 15th.
28 year old Christopher Newton and his 16 year old co-accused made a brief appearance in court yesterday.
They are charged with second degree murder in the shooting death of 22 year old James Bajkor.
Police are still searcghing for a third suspect -- 19 year old Shaquille Collins.
Police say they are continuing to interview witnesses and obtain video from neighbouring businesses.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asking to call police or Crime Stoppers.
