Perhaps that is the motto of Hamilton's Lincoln Alexander.
He's working on gaining his strength back to be ready for next week's visit by Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall.
The 90 year old former Ontario Lieutenant Governor is in training at rehab, after undergoing surgery in March for a ruptured aneurysm.
His goal is to be well enough to attend two receptions on May 22nd in Toronto for the Royals as part of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Tour.
