It could be a glimpse into the future of health care in the Niagara Region.
Dr. Kevin Smith is set to present his recommendations for changes to Niagara-area hospitals at a 12:30 news conference this afternoon in Welland.
This after months of meeting with community members, politicians and hospital staff.
Smith was appointed to the position by the province.
