Questions are being raised about the rural special needs home where a man died after falling into a cistern.
A post mortem has been done on the body of the 38 year old developmentally disabled man who died, but the results have not been released.
Police are continuing their investigation of the incident and say it appears to have been accidental.
However, a neighbour raised concerns about the cistern and it's safety saying it's an accident that shouldn't have happened.
The home was also the site of an SPCA investigation after allegations that horses stabled in the barn on the property were malnourished and mistreated.
That case is currently before the courts.
