A 20 year old Hamilton man has a date in court after an incident in a parking lot in the area of Queenston Road and Centennial Parkway last evening.
Police were called after report of a passenger in a silver BMW waving a firearm at pedestrians.
He's been charged with posession of a weapon dangerous to the public.
