It may be a couple of weeks before Hamilton Police get forensic testing results in the Michael Swistak murder.
He is the 36 year old father who became this city's first homicide victim of the year after being gunned down in the playground of Cathy Weaver Elementary School earlier this month.
While no charges have been laid in the murder as yet, Hamilton Police have said 19 year old Odain Gardner is connected to the case.
He was arrested on April 14th and charged with trafficking in crack cocaine and possession of a gun.
Gardner remains in custody and homicide detectives say no other suspects are being sought.
